To replace a driver's license that has been lost, stolen or damaged, you must:

• Proceed to your nearest DMV Full Service office, Satellite office or Photo License Center.  AAA cannot issue replacement driver's licenses.
  
• Submit two forms of identification from list of acceptable forms of identification. Note: Photocopies will not be accepted.
  
• You will complete an Application for Duplicate of Current Driver's License or Permit (form 1-B).
  
• There will be a fee of $30. See acceptable forms of payment.

While at the DMV, if you cannot provide the appropriate forms of identification, you will be issued a 10-day temporary license. You will then have 10 days to obtain the acceptable documents needed to obtain a replacement license.
